Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, with all brand tags attached and no signs of wear, perfume, or makeup marks.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original Coco by ZSJ packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 5-7 business days.
