What are your delivery timelines across Pakistan?
We typically deliver within 3 to 5 business days for major cities and 5 to 7 business days for remote areas. During sale events, delivery may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery services nationwide. You can also opt for secure online payments via credit/debit cards or bank transfers at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item within 7 days of purchase if it is in its original packaging with tags intact. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
